Summary of Department
Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery is a surgical specialty aimed at restoring the lost function and appearance of patients after trauma or surgical resection. In general, target disease can be divided into four categories of congenital anomaly (mainly appearance), trauma (facial bone fracture, burn, refractory wound, etc.), tumor (mainly reconstruction after cancer resection, and benign skin tumor) and cosmetic (deformity, scar, etc. and aesthetic surgery).
In our Cancer Center, we specialize in tumor reconstruction and cosmetic restoration. In addition, we help other departments manage refractory wound healing). We also participate in complicated or difficult operations as a member of the operation team. Our purpose is to help improve the quality of life of patients with cancer.
