For first-visit patients
Medical fees are calculated based on medical points under the Japanese medical system.
For patients who are not covered by Japan’s national medical insurance, medical fees are calculated at 30 yen per medical point (versus 10 yen per point for nationally insured patients). This fee is taxable.

- Referral Letter from your primary physician, if available (written in either English or Japanese; no other languages will be accepted).
- Clinical data and imaging, if available.
- Japanese interpreter (when hospitalized, an interpreter will need to be available 24 hours a day)
- Guarantor (Japanese nationals are preferred)

In principle, reservations are required. If your visit is unscheduled, please check in with General Reception.

For Second-opinion Consultations
The purpose of a second opinion is for a physician to express their opinion regarding an already-decided diagnosis and/or treatment, so this opinion is based on interviews with patients and information related to medical treatment from the attending physician (e.g. medical information provision forms, etc.). No new tests or treatments are performed.
In some cases, depending on the type of disease or details, a consultation cannot be given.

Within 60 minutes 22,000 JPY
60 to 90 minutes 27,500 JPY
90 to 120 minutes 33,000 JPY
